A Proven Background in Strength & Performance
Whether working with a 12-year-old athlete or an 82-year-old looking to improve mobility, Nick Braley is dedicated to helping every client feel better, move better, get stronger, and unlock the benefits that come from being in peak physical condition.
Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) with a B.S. in Exercise Science and more than 25 years of coaching experience. His training approach centers on the proven method of progressive overload, combined with proper breathing, movement mechanics, and consistent effort — ensuring safe, measurable, and sustainable progress for all fitness levels.
In addition to his personal training credentials, Nick is a 2nd-degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt with over a decade of teaching experience. From 2011–2017, he owned and operated a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Strength & Conditioning gym, and he currently teaches at Triumph Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Nashua, NH.
